In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on usd77. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. usd77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players resident in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia (or from a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming is lawful) to open an Account. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. You may not open, operate, or benefit from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, usd77 will consolidate or close the duplicate Accounts and may confiscate any Bonus Funds associated with them.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You must notify usd77 promptly if any registered details change. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.5 Account Credentials. Upon registration, you will create a username and password unique to your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of these credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. usd77 will treat any person who logs in using your credentials as you, and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

2.6 Corporate and Automated Accounts. Accounts may only be held by natural persons. Registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or automated systems are not permitted. Accounts found to be operated by non-human agents or bots will be terminated immediately and all associated balances forfeited.

3.1 Verification Requirement. usd77 is committed to responsible gaming and compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal, usd77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

3.2 Documents Required. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the OVO, DANA, or GoPay account in your name, or a BCA/BRI/BNI bank account statement);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested.

3.3 Processing Time. usd77 aims to complete KYC review within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete documentation package. Incomplete submissions will result in delays. During the review period, withdrawal processing will be paused for the pending amount.

3.4 Right to Request Additional Information. usd77 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any time, including at routine account review intervals. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3.5 Data Protection. All KYC documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored using industry-standard encryption and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or international AML compliance obligations.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on usd77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for individual payment channels are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your member dashboard.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. usd77 currently accepts the following payment channels:

usd77 does not accept third-party payments — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be subject to review.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, please contact usd77 support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number for manual verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside of banking hours for bank transfer channels may be processed on the next available banking window. usd77 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which usd77 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted (this requirement does not apply to Bonus Funds, which carry their own separate wagering conditions). usd77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds as part of our AML obligations.

4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. In the event that a deposit is received by usd77 but cannot be credited to a valid Account (for example, due to an Account suspension), the amount will be returned to the originating payment method within 3–5 business days, net of any applicable banking fees charged by the intermediary.

5.1 General. usd77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, daily cashback, weekly rebates, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted into withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on each promotion's individual terms page.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate Accounts — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 7.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. usd77 actively monitors wagering patterns. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, collusion with other Players, or any other technique deemed by usd77 to undermine the promotional integrity of an offer may have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided without notice, and their Account suspended pending review.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

5.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. usd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the usd77 platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming; sports betting markets; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw rooms; bingo online sessions; and sakong card games — is governed by the specific rules of that game as published by its respective provider. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, usd77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reinstate the game to its state at the point of interruption. If reinstatement is not possible, usd77 may, at its sole discretion, void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. usd77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply on all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be varied by usd77 at any time. usd77 reserves the right to set individual betting limits for specific Accounts without providing a reason.

6.4 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void and the stake refunded if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after the bet was placed, in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules. Odds errors — including manifest pricing errors — will be corrected and affected bets may be settled at the corrected odds or voided at usd77's discretion.

6.5 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Sports betting markets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap betting), and bandar bola (ball dealer market) are governed by the sportsbook rules section accessible via the Platform. All Indonesian domestic football (judi bola) markets, including BRI Liga 1, are subject to the same rules framework as international league markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the usd77 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets;

8.3 Self-Exclusion. 10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the extent any liability of usd77 is established by a court of competent jurisdiction, usd77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. usd77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or events qualifying as force majeure under applicable law.

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by usd77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Use. 13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any promotion you have claimed, constitute the entire agreement between you and usd77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
